Another tool must fit the working day
In a small trade business one person may prepare quotes, order material and answer site questions. A new application helps when it makes a real workflow clearer. Start with one problem: missing pre-closure photos, slow report preparation or unclear open points. A long feature list does not tell you whether a fitter can assign a useful picture quickly.
Test one job from beginning to report
Choose a typical small invented job. Set up a readable stage template, add photographs and short notes, and turn unresolved points into tasks. Preview a report early. Ask someone else to understand it without contacting the photographer. Observe concrete misunderstandings and repeated work rather than relying on an unsupported promise to save a particular number of hours.
Understand the proposed prices
The proposed monthly options are €29 and €59 per business, excluding applicable VAT. They are development-stage pricing ideas, not bookable offers or completed commercial contracts. Payment integration is disabled by default and test-only. Proposed plan differences are not implemented subscription entitlements. Future service scope, billing and contract terms must be established before a binding purchase.
Include technical limits in the decision
Originals are limited to 16 MiB and forty-eight megapixels per photo, 512 MiB per project and 10 GiB per business including trash. Saved PDFs have separate limits: 8 MiB each, 16 MiB per project, 128 MiB per business and ten versions per project. These are common technical evaluation limits, not different storage promises for the proposed plans.
Decide what stays outside the first step
Budget time for creating a template, explaining the workflow and checking initial reports. The product combines photos, stages, checklists, tasks and reports; it does not replace accounting, payroll or complete enterprise planning. Native apps, durable offline upload, automatic notifications, production infrastructure and legal approval remain unfinished. Test with representative files and invented data, then use the actual observations to choose the next improvement.
